Thanks to its multi-carrier system, the CS100 easily meets the demands of medium- to high-volume manufacturing. A newly developed modular design reduces maintenance requirements and ensures maximum machine uptime.

The advanced control system provides precise process management with full visibility into every process parameter and step. Data handling is managed via an integrated industrial PC, while operation is intuitive through a 21.5” HMI touchscreen interface. This setup allows seamless integration into existing factory networks and supports comprehensive traceability and process data collection.

With its newly developed Vapour Energy Control (VEC) technology, the CS100 sets a new benchmark in vapour phase soldering. The system enables a highly efficient and flexible temperature gradient control — all without requiring physical movement of the PCBs within the vapour.
