The CCD vision system automatically detects mark points and board edges. It ensures precise positioning and alignment, keeping the depaneling path perfectly aligned with stamp holes for accurate cuts and high yield.

Its robust mechanical design handles PCBs with components up to 45mm high, meeting the requirements of modern high-density and complex assemblies.

Flexible Arrangement

Operators can rotate PCBs 0–180° after slitting to match downstream process requirements, ensuring seamless integration with testing, sorting, and packaging.
