The Nutek Reject SMT Inspection Conveyor is a highly efficient solution designed for seamless good/bad PCB separation within SMT production lines. Its primary function is to enable operators to inspect and verify rejected printed circuit boards without interrupting overall PCB flow. When a PCB is flagged as bad or requiring manual review, the conveyor automatically lifts it 65 mm above the ESD-safe belt using precision-engineered metal fingers. This elevated position securely holds the PCB in place, allowing all remaining good boards to pass underneath without delay or disruption to production throughput.

The unit is equipped with a 4.3” full-colour touchscreen display, providing intuitive control with multiple user-access levels.
