Offline Programming

The MEK Offline Programming will build your inspection programs offline, making it possible to use in production instantly. No additional training is acquired, as the interface will be identical to the machine software.

The features of the Offline software:
• With the use of virtual images created by any MEK AOI system, the offline software can handle MEK AOI with multi-lights with different colours and from different angles, just as programming the PCB with a machine.
• The offline software will give programmers the possibility to debug running programs as the machines provide images of possible false defects. This will result in dynamically improved programs during production.
• For high speed lines with two or more AOI machines placed in sequence, the off line software will split a program between the machines and thereby achieve the shortest possible inspection time and maximum productivity.
